As well as providing professional sub-contract services to country's main building contractors, Shamrock Asphalt Ltd also has extensive experience in Project Management PSCS (Project Supervision Construction Stage). The PSCS supervisor is appointed before any construction work begins, We have provided PSCS services to a number of clients including: The IDA, Trinity College, UCD, Beaumont Hospital & Cadbury Ireland.
On-site work is continually monitored from the beginning to the end of each project, with regular feedback and reporting provided as part of the service. Each project is assigned a dedicated Contracts Manager to manage all aspects of the project from office to site.
