Years in Business: 47 (began 1970) (established Shamrock Asphalt Ltd 1978)
Professional Experience: Patrick Redmond qualified as an Asphalt roofer in 1974, he currently has almost 45 years' experience of the roofing business, covering all areas of flat roofing. Patrick established his own business in 1978 and evolved into other roofing systems and membranes over the following 30 years. In that time Patrick has managed projects up to 30,000m2.

Conor Redmond
Position: Contracts Manager
Years in Business: 15
Functions include: On-site execution of program/schedule
Professional Experience: Conor Redmond began roofing in 1995 beginning as an operative, when qualified he then progressed into Site Foreman. Conor's Responsibility is to manage the installation of the systems and also the crews on site. Conor is qualified to install built up roof systems in Torch on, Single Ply PVC and Mastic Asphalt.
Donovan Rossi
Position: General Manager
Years in Business: 10
Areas of expertise: Project Management, PSCS, Health & Safety and First Aid
Functions Include: Planning and organising projects works, design, PSCS and Health & Safety
Professional Experience: Donovan is responsible for the day to day operations within the firm. He has extensive experience in the day to day set up of the business. His job entails taking projects from initial stage through to presentation of the project packages. Donovan is qualified in project management and PSCS and has responsibility for managing all Projects and the crews involved.

Keith Quinn
Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Years in Business: 15
Functions Include: Estimation, Pricing, Cost planning, Cost estimation, Interim valuations and payments.
Professional Experience: Keith Quinn has been involved in the construction industry for 15 years. He holds an honours degree in Quantity Surveying and a National Diploma in Construction Economics. Keith Commenced employment with Shamrock Asphalt in the summer of 2015, having worked previously with Ardmac Ltd and Mac Interiors. Keith has sole responsibility for contract monitoring of each project from cost budgets to contract value to final account.

Martin Redmond
Position: Site Manager
Years in Business: 27
Functions include: On-site execution of program/schedule
Professional Experience: Martin Redmond began roofing in 1987 he has extensive experience in all roofing systems and site management. Beginning as an operative Martin has progressed into Shamrock Asphalt's most senior Site Manager. He represents Shamrock in a majority of major roofing contracts that we have carried out in the last number of years including all Government Projects and OPW work including Trinity College, UCD and Beaumont etc.
Claire Redmond
Position: Director Shamrock Asphalt Ltd
Years in Business: 15
Professional Experience: Claire holds a degree in construction management and been an integral part of the business for 10 years. Claire looks after all the day to day running costs of the business including debtors and creditors, end of year reports and tax affairs. Claire carries out all financial reporting for Shamrock Asphalt.
